As Finance Director of Applegate Marketplace, he played a pivotal role in integrating AI and machine learning into procurement, well ahead of the current AI boom. During his tenure at Atalis, Chris gained deep insights into the wellness supply chain, which fueled his conviction that a more transparent and efficient approach was needed.

At Alethium, Chris draws on his extensive finance background and experience in regulated industries to uphold the highest standards of trust and safety. By leveraging advanced technologies in payment services, logistics, web3, and social proof, Chris ensures that Alethium remains at the forefront of trust and security in the wellness industry.

Sam Mallach Sales Director & Co-founder

Sam has been a driving force in the wellness industry since 2017, holding key sales leadership roles where he helped a startup achieve €1.5m in turnover in under a year. Before transitioning into wellness, Sam successfully owned and operated several restaurant businesses in London, where he honed his entrepreneurial skills and passion for customer service.

A pivotal moment in Sam’s career came last year when a client shared how his product had transformed her life. This experience deepened his belief that the wellness industry holds immense potential to change lives. Sam is committed to unlocking this potential, ensuring that many more people can experience the profound benefits of high-quality wellness products

Pino Falcone Regional Head of Sales

Pino brings a wealth of experience in account management within the wellness industry, where he has consistently built strong, lasting relationships with clients. Before joining the wellness sector, Pino honed his skills working front of house in the restaurant industry, where his natural ability to connect with people made every interaction a positive one.

Adam O'Neill Head of Technology

Adam brings a powerful combination of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to his role as Head of Technology at Alethium. With a strong foundation in computer science from the University of Exeter, Adam has proven his ability to turn innovative ideas into reality. While still a student, he founded and commercialized Shots, an app that builds community trust through shared photographic experiences.

At Alethium, Adam leads all technical implementation. His regular participation in hackathons keeps his skills sharp and his finger on the pulse of emerging technologies. Adam is spearheading the integration of best-in-class technologies, delivering Alethium's holistic vision for the wellness supply chain.
